QUESTION: Should the Collaborator Agreement include only those agencies with whom the Lead Agency shares part of the WIA budget for services? Or should the Lead also include other collaborators providing leveraged resources which are not part of this budget?
ANSWER: Please have in-kind service providers sign the Collaborator Agreement Form. Any organization that is included in the budget in any way should sign the form.
